describe your problem a little more?

What is it doing/or not doing exactly?

and yes some of the D series trannys did have "*******" forks rather than shifter forks

sounds like your clutch is gone dude.

But if your mounts are gone you would have shifting problems

Was your tranny/clutch making any noise before you got shifting problems

Replace your clutch, fly wheel, pressure plate, all bearings.
make your tranny superb

Just changed everything in my whole tranny!

so when you go to change gears it won't go into the next gear?

you really havent described your problem, you've somehow assumed that all transmissions have your issue, and i can say that they dont.

ok so if i shift at lower rmp's im fine i can shift relatively quick but if i rev out i have to wait for it drop enless i keep it in the sweet spot of around 6-6500 but more resently i havent been able to do that either. i have a six puck new clutch and resurfaced flywheel i had a ex/si tranny [freak]ed that up and put a dx tranny in and started acting very similiar so i think its something other then the tranny either the motor mounts/ tranny mount or the shift linkage might be torqued one way or the other.
