need help changing rotor insisw dizzy.

need help changing rotor inside distributor cap.
i know there is a bolt holding down the rotor, but right know the rotor is upside down and therefore i cant get access to remove it. I tried rotate the rotor but it wont move. what to do?

you mean turn on the engine? even my spark plug wires are removed? sorry if i said anything noob..
