I'm trying to decide which to get, the skunk2 pro-s coilovers or the omnipower sport coilovers.. both are only height adjustable, anyone with experience on either one of them, pls post which one is better...

There is history with Omni and SKunk2.

I've got the Omni Power Sleeves and have nothing but good experience with them. I've had mine on my Civic Sedan for about 2-3 years removed them and put them on my Integra, been on there for about a year.

But I've always wanted to get the best and that's Ground Control. you can find them on ebay for around under 3 bills.

why these two setups? why not choose sk2 slip over coilovers (you can choose two sets of spring rates, either 10k/8k from the dc2 application or 8k/6k from the eg/ek application). Pair the sk2 slip over coils with tokico illuminas and you'll get the best for bang for the buck setup. I have experience with all 3 setups and both the sk2/omni entry level full coilovers do not come close to the sk2/tokico setup. You have to consider the sk2/tockico setup is roughly the same price as the sk2/omni full coilovers and your paying almost the same price with the advantage of the adjustable shocks. Having adj. shocks really helps you dial in your suspension. Its not going to be a dramatic change, but it will give you a advantage.

A while back my kyb agx's were wearing down and i decided to pick up the sk2 sport shocks (non adj shocks). Even coming from a entry level adj shock, the sk2 sport shocks just wasn't performing the way i wanted.

I've got Skunk2 Pro-S coilovers on my '99 Civic, and they ride STIFF! I don't get it, they're supposed to be a street coilover (8k front, 6k rear), but they feel harsher than my custom rate GC/Koni's (400/450) on their stiffest setting on my old integra. Part of it might be my poly bushings, but still, I wouldn't recommend them. Try riding in someone's car before you buy.
