ok this is my first time to this but my lude is havin probles startin! when i jump start it. it start with no problem . i let it run for a while than when i turn it off(no more that 5 sec) and try to start it the car doesnt crank you just here the starter. i tested the alternator,starter, bought new positive and negative cables too. still does the same thing. can someone please tell me wuts wrong!!!

 

How old is the battery?

What do you mean all you hear is the starter? Do you mean all you hear is the engine being turned over or do you mean you hear the starter solenoid engage?

 

Does the car try to turn over or just click? Does it start everytime you jump it? Is it an intermittent problem or is this all the time?

 

when the bat. is fully charge it will just turn ove a bit but the second try all you here is the stater! but when i jump started it turns on with no pro.

 

it happens all the time! it turn over when bat is fullly charged. the bat. is two weeks old!

 

Is the clutch pedal fully engaging?If not it will do as u described..if not u might want to look back into that starter if the battery and alt. are good and it runs fine when jumped.

 

Could be the solenoid not moving enough juice
but i've never heard of any car doing that when the clutch isn't fully engaged I am new to hondas!!!
