d15b ecu, cam, and headwork

I am buying an obd1 jdm d15b sohc vtec from hmotors. my question is, what cam could i use for mild power gains and smooth enough for street driving? also, what ecu will do best with this motor?

skunk2 cam is pretty good. and chipped p28 ecu is good too. but dont expect too much hp gain on n/a d series motor. money spent and hp gain . not worth it
