it's going to be a completely custom job, and i doubt it will be even close to fitting anywhere close to how it should. keep in mind that those are digital whereas our's are not. as far as finding one goes...s2000's aren't exactly common in the pick a part yards. your best bet is honestly going to be the dealer, or check the s2000 forum.

you would need to make a custom panel to fill the area not covered by the cluster.
you need to order some little box that converts the signal(can't remember it's name), i think thats just to get the speedometer, i don't know if the tach, fuel gauge, and temp gauge work or not there is a huge thread on this, try a search and check in there.

It took massive wiring just to convert it to digital signal for the speedo, the tach was way off, and the oil and water gauges didn't even work. I don't know if he ever finished

Not really awd.

It's fully doable.

You have to buy an analog to digital converter box for the cluster.

The wiring isn't a horrible pain.

But you'd have to completely custom fab it.

there are two triangle sized gaps (one on each side of the cluster) they shouldnt bother you that much unless you're **** about stuff like that.

as far as write ups themuffinman linked me to hondasociety for mine, it's simply matching and soldering wires from the harnesses of the prelude and the accord. and all of that is explained the the instructions.

i like mine so much that i bought 2, a usdm one..and my jdm one (pictured)

here is my hack thread on how not to / partially how to go about the process:
