Hondata Gasket B16
I just got a Hondata gasket for my manifold. Does anyone know the measurements for the bolts needed to attach it to the motor, i see that the gasket is thicker and the bolts i have are not long enough. Anyone know the measurements? thanks

When I had my Skunk2 manifold on my B16A with the hondata gasket, the nuts went on and held the manifold fine. They didn't go on the same amount as before, obviously, but enough to hold it on perfectly fine. I was able to torque them down as well. It only takes like 18-20ft/lbs of torque. No biggie.
You can back your studs out of the head a little bit if you want. Jam 2 12mm nuts together on the stud. Then twist the inner nut so that the stud comes out of the head a few threads. VOILA.
Or you can take the stud out of the head completely, go to ace hardware or whatever, and buy an automotive stud that's like 1/4'' longer on one end. I dont think you should put the 1/4'' longer side into the head, however. Use a 1/4'' washer on the head side if you get a symmetrical stud.
