B18c1 build--- limits of cylinder wall thickness???

B18c1 build--- limits of cylinder wall thickness???
I have 84mm pistons that i want to put in a b18c1 for a turbo build...
The problem is that i dont know whether the final bore will leave the cylinder walls too thin;
the walls will have about 55/1000s of an inch left on the steel sleave in like one or two spots. I have an aluminum radiator, to help with cooling, but will the walls be too thin and warp??
I would very much appreciate any wisdom.
