motor and fuel swap for 87 Civic Hatch Carb
I wanna rock the old skool, real bad. But I also want speed and performance.
So i was wondering if ANYONE knows EVERYTHING I need for the fuel swap from carburated to fuel injection for a 1987 Honda Civic Hatch.
AND everything I would need to swap in a D16 A1 into it.
ANY and ALL help is greatly appreciated.
*Forgot to mention I have the D16 A1 motor and wiring harness. I need the trans and ecu, but I don't know anything else. Like my picture says, I'm a n00b to the honda car world.*

Best bet for you is to buy an 86-89 acura integra. Find a complete donor car and youll have everything you need to do the d16a1 swap.

Here's some pic's of it. I was actually really lucky to find this car in it's condition. 


Car has no rust, runs good with the D13 in it right now.
One of the best primer jobs, in my friends opinion, he's ever seen.
My only problem with it is of how low it is sitting.
Let me know what you guys think, and if I should convert it to fuel injected and put the d16a1 in it.

run dual sidedrafts on a d16a.. that'd be awesome.. why don't you like it that low? you can raise the front up really easily..

If you rode in it around my town, you'd know why. >:\ Can't make it over the damn speed bumps, and my catalytic converter i had to put on there so it'd pass emissions sits about 2-inches from the ground.

So what is being said here, I'm going to need the Si Fuel tank, pump, and lines, d series axels, shift linkage and stabalizer bar, make an adapter for the clutch, and send my wiring harnesses into rewire.
I have the d16a1 motor, wiring harness, and mounts for it.

you also need the front knuckles/brakes off the integra. You can also swap in the rear disc brakes.
youll need the transmission mount and the rear engine mount.
The axles need to be integra units.
