koni yellows/ground controls or TEIN Super Street?
This would be for my daily driven '90 Civic DX. I have heard good things about the koni/ground control setup on EF's but i havent heard much about the TEIN Super Streets. Anybody who has experience with either of these two setups or any other setup in this price range ($800-$1000) feel free to voice your opinions. How do these setups ride? Quality? any and all opinions are welcome.

If you plan to just drive it on the street daily, go with the Tein Super Streets.
If you plan to run it at track days or autocrosses in a serious manner, go with Koni 8041-Sports and Ground Controls, but get a pair of GC upper mounts for the front.

Call GC and see what they recommend.

For the original poster's application ('90 USDM Civic), the Tein SS are stiffer in the front and softer in the rear: 448 lbs-in F/224 lbs-in R vs. the GC default rates of 350 lbs-in F/250 lbs-in R. However, you can order whatever initial spring rates you want with the Ground Controls, and the Koni 8041-Sport dampers can handle a wide range of spring rates.
Koni 8041-Sport dampers are better overall than the Tein SS dampers. They are more flexible, more adjustable (wider range), and have more desireable damping properties for sport driving, as illustrated by the dyno curves.
Most subjective observations indicate that the Tein SS ride better particularly on the street, but may feel underdamped and/or unbalanced in many "performance" applications.
Your particular car application may have different specs.
