i am a new Type R owner (rhd from japan) and I picked up this header with the car but Iv never heard anything about the brand, The name on it is Jasma. If anyone could let me know how good or bad it is and maybe what its worth that would be great. Also there is an arc intake in one of the pictures. What does everyone think of them.

 

All Jasma is, is a Japanese equivalent to what we in the U.S. call C.A.R.B., there should be something else stamped on the header to help identify the brand. Next time don't take pictures in the dark.

Arc is a decent intake, there are better though...

 

So you know. JASMA is not a brand.
Is there any other markings on the header?

 

I just looked at the header and there is no other marking on it other then that tag under the "jasma" there are some numbers and thats it....I have no idea what it is.

I saw the same header on Upgarage's website, but they didn't list a brand name.

 

Looks like the Greddy header a friend of mine used to have on his B18C swapped CRX.

 

It does resemble a Greddy.


But that JASMA tag is what seems off. Did Cusco make a version?

 

JDM ITR 4-2-1 knock off maybe?

 

yeah it does look pretty much just like that greddy one. But I cant imagine that they would have that tag on it and not there own. Im wondering if its going to make any power. I dont have the nice JDM header my car is a 96 spec.

 

Same design as my old FGK/Fujitsubo header in exception to the placement of the Jasma plate and header flange.




That intake sucks, sell it to me

 

ARC intake = baller symbol/status. not much info on it's performance though...

It's DYNO #s have been posted and it wasn't impressive at all to say the least. ARC intake is all bling and no go. But it sure is pretty.
