im haveing problems with my 97 civic .the car was running great it has a 2000 single vtec with a d15 trans wich i like better cause the gears r longer. any way im spraying with a nitrous express kit and it was running good with a 100 shot but recently its been acting up on me. when i drive it normally it drives find but when i shift the gears hard or fast it looses power like if it wants to shut of .what can this be? by any chance if the axel comes out will th car shut of i need help quickly please.

 

is the motor built at all or is it completely stock...

how often do you spray the motor...

 

its completly stock and i spray probably 3 to 5 times a day

 

so is it only loosing power when you spray, or both.

 

3-5 of 100 shots on a stock motor is deff not that healthy your fixin to mess ur motor up quickly

 

both it only happens when i shift it hard or when i do a burn out it dies out the batt. light cuts on and then off and th e check engine light also.if drive normall and shift normal its fine but when i shift hard and make the engine shake it looses power

 

battery secured properly? How about the engine, all mounts are good to go. Seems like you are rattling something loose.
