Default Calling stick Accords

I got my car like 6-8 months ago, and it's my first time driving a stick ever. And I'm not sure but whenever I shift it's pretty jerky... Do you think it's me? Or should I get it checked out? Sometimes when I accelerate I can feel the car not accelerate smoothly? Is that the clutch slipping? No one taught me how to drive so I had to learn on my own. THansk all

i think it's both. you're not an experienced driver and you should get it checked out.

i agree, although if the car is new, then most likely its just you, how was the condition of the car when you purchased it, did you have someone look-over the car before you bought it? guys when you think about it, have you ever taught someone how to drive stick?? when they first start, they're always jerky on first and second gear, ALWAYSSSS, but if you say you bought the car 6-8 months ago, and after that length of time, its still driving all jerky, then either you really suck at driving stick (no offense meant), or that car is really fuqd

Yeah...I'm really not sure. I wanted to go to a Honda dealership to test drive a new one to see whats up. I dunno if its just my mind playing tricks on me...but i feel as if theres some levels of the clutch..where when u release it...it catches proportionately...then right after...theres a huge gap...

what year is it? Some of the 98+ Accords have TSBs out that call for replacing the clutch master and slave cylinders along with all the piping.

Oh yeah...does anyone else suffer from radio shielding? Any cellphone on the driver or passenger causes the audio to go crazy..
