Default hytech production

I have searched and couldn't come up with a definitive answer to whether or not the hytech production header allows the use of the stock catalytic converter (or equivalent) - I figured some of you have this header and could help me out. Thanks

I believe you can use your stock cat, but then you have to shorten your exhaust like five or so inches.

a stock cat wont fit you have to do the test pipe cut it half or if you can find a small cat then it will work.

to answeer your question, you can use youe stock cat but you would have to modify/shorten your b-pipe if you want to use it. or you can buy a hi flow race cat that shorter to make it fit better .

whatever dude, [freak] you, if you would have read my post I clearly state the I could not come up with a difinitive answer as to whether you could use ot or not. Didn't understand that? With all of the misinformation and especially the hytech replica headers and what not I have heard and read many things about this header and I had gotten conflicting answers and I just wanted it cleared up. Again, [freak] you, especially since my question had already been answered and you contributed nothing constructive to my thread so [freak] off *******. Have you ever searched for something and a few posts conflicted with one another? Have ou ever searched and that just led to more questions? guess not - you are mister perfect and know everything

(6:08 PM 3/14/2008) b18c5 EG: hahah ok welcome to honda-tech noob...grow up
