Please shed some light on what these are..

I would love a little info about these wheels. They just look like Widened Steelies but im not sure. My friend saw it on VWVortex and the car looks sick. Thanks in advance.

The 16x8's weigh about 20 or so lbs. Which, I didn't think is all that bad for steel wheels.
