Default brakes (long)

okay heres the deal my breaks feel like they have air in the line sometimes when you brake its fine but sometimes you go to push the brakes and the pedle just goes to the floor barely stopping the car you have to pump it to stop I already replaced the rotors break calipers and master cylinder does anyone know why this is happening I bleeded the breaks like a million times already in the correct order any help would be great

well the odd thing is the brake fluid doesnt go down in the mc it stays at the same level so it doesnt leak also the lines are dry no leaks

LOL, thats whats killing me, he said he already replaced the MC. I would suggest the next thing being the booster, it's the only other feasable option.
