ok so ima be getting the 96 spec itr conversion 114.3 and i need new rotors... does anyone know where i can get some... please let me know... thanks,...

just get them turned, thats what i did, u can get them from HMO, but there expensive

ur options are very very limited either pay out the *** at hmo or do what i did and upgrade all your parts(itr/nsx/legend calipers with prelude vtec 94 rotors ) shittiest parts about having the 4x114 is the brakes good luck.

What I understand is you have to buy GSR rotors and have them re-drilled for 4x114.3. I wanted to do this conversion before I bought my 4x100 Regas and did a little research. Also I believe the pads are the same as GSR or ITR, can't remember which. I hope the helps, here is a link to the threads I made about it.
