Used turbo on high mileage motor

yea i met a guy a couple months ago that is in town he had a eg hatch with a motor with around 210,000 miles and was turbo. he was running 5psi on a 14b i believe. now more than likely somewhere in those 210,00 miles was a rebuild.

thats actually not that much of miles.... as long as you maintain the motor, dont beat on it, and its in good running order with perfect compresion in all cylinders, you could boost it at 250,000 miles... im not a 100% sure you would want to use a 52 trim on a d16 my friend had a 52 trim on his stock d16y8 and took for ever for it to spool
