Default Gauge Cluster Problem

I somehow magnetized the needles when attempting to install some S7 Three Dimensional Gauges and, now they are horribly innacurate. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to fix it?

i always thought the needles were made of plastic. If they are metal, then how did you confrim that they are magnetized, did you hold a paper clip to them and they were attracted to it? I can't think of many things that could cause that particular situation. As far as the guages being off, recheck all of your wiring and confirm that everything is where it is supposed to be.
