Default My Build Thread (not really)

A friend was testing out a camera, so we decided to use my car as the guinea pig.

Just waiting for my swap.. someday i'll have enough

Parts that I picked:
RSX 5 lug with EP3-R front calipers (Carbonetic brake pads)
HKS Hipermax PRO with 9k/11k Swift springs
Custom inverted tie-rod end kit
J's Racing Roll Center Adjusters
EP3-R wheels with 20mm spacers in the front
DC5-R front and rear sway bars (26mm/22mm)
Carbing rear lower tie bar
Apex'i WS2 exhaust
CL7 Euro-R Recaros
Momo Model78 steering wheel

Ever driven a K20 with normal gearing? I'll tell you this much, even with a stock 03 K20A2 transmission, I barely ever use first gear. It's way too short. I think it taps out at about 15mph.

yeah i have

i've driven a stock K20A3, stock K20A2, and a K20A with 5.0FD.. gotta say, I really do love the 5.0FD

I'm going the opposite route. I'm getting a Final Drive from a CR-V in India. 4.111 FD

ahhh i see, i also thought about the TSX 6th gear.. that really depends how I'm going to drive the car I guess.. either way, it's gonna be wayyy faster than what I have now, that's all that matters
