Default Wiring oil temp and pressure guages?

I need a little help here... I just picked up these smoked oil temp and oil pressure guages from my friend today for my car and I'm not really sure how to wire these up because they came with no instructions. I searched and didn't really find anything helpful, can anybody tell me which of each wires I can wire up to where? Or point me to a helpful DIY on how to install these? Heres some pics of them, I don't know what brand they are.

Images look like **** by themselves.

Did these wires come out of the gauges or are they on some post? Is this a sweep system or non sweep?

From the looks of it i would say red/orange color = power, black = ground, and purple is signal.

Its fairly simple stuff i have a diagram here that ill post up later, but if u need any help installing it just let me know.

Looks like your going to need a sender for the temp and the pressure gauge unless you have it but its not shown in the picture.

Yes, the wires are coming from the gauges. I'm not sure if its a sweep system I haven't seen them powered up yet, but I'm guessing that they are by the looks.

The wires from the oil pressure gauge = orange, black, red, purple
The wires from the oil temp gauge = blue, black, red, purple

I don't have a sending unit, where can I get one?

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by CapnKrunch &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">
The wires from the oil pressure gauge = orange, black, red, purple
The wires from the oil temp gauge = blue, black, red, purple

</TD></TR></TABLE>

Orange and Blue=sending unit, black= ground, red=power, purple=ignition

switch orange/blue with purple if that dosent work.

Ok. Where can the wires that need to be tapped into be found? Is there a DIY for this anywhere on HT?
