My motor is out of the car and it's been a while... but I think those are coolant lines? One line comes from the head area and the exit line goes back toward the block.

Sorry I'm not much help, I haven't touched my car in over a year so I'm going off of memory. I believe those are not a line that you *have* to have hooked up to drive it.

the other coolant line connects to the head. just look for a line that is not plugged around that area.

ok, take a look at the big fat coolant line running from the radiator to the head. the opening that the line is connected to on the head should have 2 nozzles sticking out of it. the left nozzle is a coolant nozzle and should have a line attached to it. follow that coolant line to where it ends and that is where you attach the coolant line on the tb.

and if there is no line attached, just get one and route it from the head nozzle thing to the tb.

you should check the TPS to see if it is in the correct position. search for TPS problem or TPS voltage and you should find some answers.

Edit: didnt see the other thread

I had a very similar problem after dropping a B18 into a civic. I finally figured out that the MAP and TPS sensors were plugged in the opposite plugs. (switched around) You might check that. Pain in the *** to get to but an easy fix.
