HELP!!! FI E/M fuse keeps on blowing....

HELP!!! FI E/M fuse keeps on blowing....

Well I replaced the fuse and about 5mins into the drive it blows again.... What can be the problem or what can I check for...? 98 GSR

Review wiring diagram for that specific circuit.
