B16 aluminum intake manifold flange

I searched and was not able to find an exact website or person that offers this flange. I have a custom made intake mani orginally for a H22 and would like to use it on my B16 head. Please let me know. Thanks

h22 port spacing is wider, ?

so is it possible to do? I didnt measure the distance but it seem somewhat close.
