It's most likely not going to fit. The gsr has a different intake manifold and requires that the cold air intake has another bend that ls manifolds don't require. I would assume that it will not clear the hood.

i took an aem short ram intake off of my da with a gsr swap in it and it fit in my other da with a stock ls motor. i put new couplers on it and twisted the pipe slightly. it fit, but the v2 is thicker right? so yeah, nevermind, it prob wont fit. lol
