what these two wires are for i pulled out my gauge cluster to check the bulbs for the check engine/seatbelt lights and i noticed these 2 wires are cut and the yellow one has a pice of black wire twisted onto it , the bulbs are good i swaped them with the trunk light which i know works and neither one came on any ideas?

never mind they went to the clock thats mysterisly missing?
but dose anyone no which fuse to check for those two lights there the only ones ive never seen come on?

also its a 92 vx and the green shift light dosent work either
ive searched and cant find a fuse map anywhere
