I have a grinding noise comming from my rear drum brakes. I notice it when i put a little pressure on the brakes or pull my emergency brake up. I dont know to much about drum brakes what could it be and how could i fix it?

 

Pull the drums off and take a look. Sounds like you might need new brake shoes.
