Recently just bought a set of tokico illuminas and h&r sports springs for my 97 4 door integra. The advertised drop for these springs were 1.75F and 1.5R...
and yesterday, me and a couple of my buddies just put em on (My first time, but my buddies had some experience), swapped out the OEM struts and springs, and replaced with the new ones.. but what I noticed is that my car appears to be slammed, or very close.. The front tires are almost tucked inside the fender, and the rear tires barely have a 1 finger gap ! My mud guards are scraping like crazy when I drive, because of this.
Was there something that we did wrong that could have caused this? or are the springs defective ??
Advice/help would be appreciated

Yes I'm sure they're for the integra.. The funny thing is, I bought the sports springs because I was afraid of going too low with the race springs (2in F and 1.75in R), but from the pictures I've seen of integras with h&r race's, my car is just as low as theirs, if not lower
my little cousin ran the h&r sport springs on his DC2 and from the looks of it, he was tucking almost all around. The front was barely tucked and the rear had roughly half a finger- a finger gap.

Yeah.. Same with mine right now.. Thing is, the spring rates for these springs seem a little too soft for that kinda drop, didn't expect to go so low

Yeah it's kind of wierd, but the comfort is nice.

I have sports, black/navy blue colored springs, I'm on illuminas as well, with 4 in front and 3 and rear. I'm going to get my car aligned tommorow.. No idea if I should get a camber kit or not though.. I shouldn't need one right ?

Cool, all you need is an alignment to get toe probably adjusted. I was an idiot and bought a camber kit but I really didnt need it. I searched and found out all i needed was my toe to be fixed.
