question about gc tophat and koni yellow install

ok my question is do i need to install the metal sleeve (that came with the Koni shocks) into the bushings on the GC tophat ? i couldnt fit them in. or will it be ok without it? this is for the front only btw

Yes because the Koni shaft is larger than stock. They will fit with some grease and persuasion.
