Turn your headlights off and take a picture of the lip, please. I think this can look good, you just have to watch out with how it's attached. The pic of the EG---are those staples?
Has anyone got any close-up pics of a CRX or similar front end with one of these?
What're they made of?

It costed about $6 bucks to make it, same price range as a b-series swap
. I'll get a side shot if i get around to it.[Modified by cr-tegra, 5:56 AM 7/6/2002]
yea, i made a lawn lip too, but i mounted mine on the front, and used rivets to mount it. i think mine looks better than that IMO.

there's a few pics of it there. i just like the way mine looks cuz it's got a nasty i mean business look to it.
didn't the edging wrinkle??? mine severely wrinkled when i tried the garden edging so i tried the cove base molding and it worked and looked 100 times better! plus no screws!
My Girl Friend helped me out on my "ghetto lip" we used the lawn edging and screws. We started in the middle and went outwards with it. Put the screws about 3-4" apart. It didnt wrinkle and it looks fine to me! We put silver washers and used black screws to give it a diff. look. Kinda like pop rivets with a black center.
can some one please post a pic of the inside of the bumper or give me a good description on how and where to screw everything down please

How do your cove base molding ghetto lips hold up on the freeway/interstate? Does it hold its shape?
I installed mine on friday night, and after a day of Christmas shopping, which included a lot of high speed interstate driving, the lip looked like it did not want to be there.
