Default fully built h22a1 power?

i recently sent my engine off th get built buy a company called Eddies Performance. They asked how much power i was looking to achieve and i told them 300whp and still run street gas. they promised me at least that and this is what they gave me:

12:1 je pstons (stock bore)
eagle h beam rods
h23 crank
aebs sleeves
full skunk 2 valve train(flat top valves)
mild port and polish
mild .020 head
webber cams (duration and lift unknown at the time)

i callled another company in ohio, Pure Tuning, and they said that inorder to reach the power i would need a very aggressive cam and somewhere around 13.5:1 compression. do either of these statements have any truth or am i getting the run around? any incite on the subject would be appreciated.

Possible, but very unlikely.

IMO you would be lucky if you hit a little over 210WHP

300whp takes more than your average build buddy, lol

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2208596

and thats on race gas.

last person i saw try to run that kinda power on pump gas now has a blown motor.

I would have to agree with the above 2 posts.

Why sleeve the motor and stay with stock bore?

300hp on an H motor and pump gas may not be impossible but I would highly doubt it. And it will take a lot more than what you have posted.
