Custom colored wrinkle coat paint?
I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get custom colored wrinkle ("krinkle") paint in the bay area or if that is even a possibility.
I want to paint my valve cover the same color as my EG (EH3), which is Aztec Green Pearl.

Thanks in advance.

Thats what I was going to say. It should work if you use lite coats.

Take a color chip to a good powder coater and see how much it would cost for a custom batch of wrinkle to match your color.
It might be pricey due to the amount of powder that you might have to buy, but it's worth a shot.

Try the wrinkle coat base then spray the cover while it's above you and upside down with a few thin coats... let me know if it works as I'm thinking about using a custom color for my non-honda "other car"... leaving my AP2 cover red for sure!
