p28 ECU...

Default p28 ECU...

am i right?

p72 = obd-II ecu
p28 = obd-I ecu?

both for integras

p72 = obd-II ecu
p28 = obd-I ecu?

both for integras
The P28 comes in the 92-95 civic EX/Si and is OBD-1. Has to be chipped
to run for a DOHC VTEC motor.

easier and cheaper to reprogram pre 96 ecus
either is about the same though.
but hondata only works with pre96

what about in gains , at the dyno .
easier to tune obd1 then 2

hmmm...i have an idea...my girlfriend drives a delsol with sohc vtec

is it possible for me to take her ECU, chip it and put it in my car and i give her my ITR ECU and put a rev limiter or something on it??

anything wrong with my logic here??

You could chip her ecu, but you would have to get her an OBD1-2 harness, along with another ecu.

Way easier (and less costly) for you to buy a P28, chip it, and buy a harness.

I'm not sure, but if you chip a P72 you better have a skunk2 manifold or else
your secondary butterflies will stay open all the time, which has been proven to lose torque down low.
