spark and fuel still no start

ok I have spark and fuel and the car is almost turning over, what else can I check, would a bad ecu cause it to no start. Running out of ideas

also see if the timing belt is on right.. some times that might be the problem. If you ecu go's out thin there be nothing working. spark, gass, will not work..if the main relay go's out thin there be no gass nor spark...some times it can be your spark chip in side your distrebuter.....sorry for the spelling.

thats could cause your car not to start.try bring up number one piston reset your timing belt and go from there.
