Default what tire size should i use?

i got 17x7 front
and 17x9 rear

also i noticed that the fronts normally run half a size higher on the profile
would is be bad to run the same profile front and rear?

What are your offsets? That might also restrict what size tires you should run, I rub slightly with 245/40/17 on a 17X9 with a 45 offset, but my fenders are also rolled and I just rub where the quarterpanel connects to the bumper
