Default Violent vibration at 4.5k, any ideas?

Motor has a major vibration (I'm talking back massaging strength vibration) between 4200 rpm & 4800 rpm. It is present in every gear, under any load, under no load, at any speed, clutch in or out, and even while reving just sitting still. Within the last month I have replaced my entire exhaust, from turbo manifold to muffler (new mani, new turbo, new DP, new cat, new exhaust, new muffler).

Anybody have any ideas? I am at a loss here.

Already checked mounts......

aside from a little expected cracking all are intact.

Sounds like something is out of balance in your rotating assembly. So that could be your crank pulley, flywheel, or crankshaft. Easiest thing would be to check the crank pulley for a missing chunk.

Could also be something's up with your P/S pump or alternator. Check the belts.

Crank pulley seems normal, no chunks missing, no dents, and looks smooth when car is running.

ACT flywheel & clutch, which are barely over a year old now. Wouldnt you be able to feel this through the clutch pedal or engagement if something was off? Everything seems perfect until 4k & the vibration starts.

I have another crank pulley I will throw on tomorrow, and will check PS & alt belts. One of them chirps when I start the car cold but thats it, tension seems fine.

Bump for some more ideas

Still need help with this.

Belts are fine, crank pulley is fine.

Took cam gear cover off & noticed cam gear has a little wobble to it. Is this common? (less than a mm) Also noticed timing belt looks a little loose, could this do anything?
