I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! QUICK!!!!!! NEW CRX OWNER IN TOO DEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I havent owned an EF in 7 years so im lost here.I recently bought a mint condition 89 crx dx stock to the bone!! it even had the stock tape deck in it.
heres my problem i lowerd it last week using brand new tokico blue struts with Eibach Ground Control Coilovers,
Well as soon as i jumped in to test drive it i noticed it had a very crazy tumping noise coming fron the right front tire.I checked everything and it all checked out perfect, the only thing i noticed was the right axle boot was ripped so i thought was bad i replaced the axle the following day with a rebuilt one ,
The noise went down like 50% while replacing the axle i noticed there was a little play in the rt hub so, i figerd it was bad so i waited till this week to switch them out for a pair of 93 Integra GS-R spindels. Well it didnt go as i planed they went on fine and everything bolted up perfect.i bled the brakes double checked everything and the damm noise still wont go away whats left to replace just the left axle?
The weird thing is if im driving down the road and i turn right the noise goes away what can it be ????? im swapping in a jdm type r full swap with a real deal hydro conversion in a few weeks so i wanna get this fixed before that ,can anyone help me please ??????? all i have to dd is my 98 integra type r and theres no way im doing that

Have you checked to see if there is enough grease in the rebuilt unit, also with the car on the ground turn the wheel both ways and check the play in your CV axle (middle portion) you should have a little but not much.
the grease is fine ans theres decent play in the axle i think i should replace the left axle now
Well did it have these problems before you lowered it? Sounds like an install problem. Get some pics up so we can see your install.
Second why are you replacing d series axles now if your throwing in a b18?
Your wasting your money cause the axles can't be used with a b series
If your hub had someplay, Why would you replace the Spindle instead of the wheel bearings which was the cause of the play?

check your rack and pinion, (how ever you spell that) lol
and check your rim and tire. see if you have like a nail or somthing in the tire.
that will make a little noise but not much.
good luck.

how is your camber angle? if you lowered it a lot without a camber kit, the sound could be coming from the edge of the tire.
