what to do...head wise????
ok so my timing belt went out on me on my b17 and i got it all fixed and my head seems fine with little noise but it did it before it happened. well i want to rebuild it what should i do with it? im thinking either....
type r valvetrain with valve job and P&P?
or have a guy that wants to trade me my head plus my jdm itr header and money for his complete itr head w/ intake manifold and throttle body?
i know the b16 head is similar and blah blah but what exactly does it have different is it intake valves and springs??? i dont want to spend alot so whats the best way to go opinions?????

that one. unless you plan to run cams then i'd use different valvetrain.

well maybe type r cams later on but nothing serious
and i was offered a b16 head with stage 2 p&P and crower stage 2 cams and springs and retainers no valves though for $350 might do that one. or was offered a b16 head with omni power valvetrain and valve job. not sure
