well as my title says, i'm going to put a full swap barake system into my 90 rex but i'm a bit lost only in one parts. here's my list parts for the swap first:

93 integra front cailpers
90 VW Corrabo front rotors
Fastbrake brackets
40/40 proportion valve
93 integra full rear disc converstion(all parts needed)
97 Integra 1" MC
stainless steel brake lines

ok i know that a 260v BB is a non abs and a 290v BB is a abs. and i need a 290v bb to use the 1"mc.

i have a 230v bb with a 13/16" mc, i recieved it free. the 13/16" mc looks identical to the 1"mc. i couldn't find any info on this BB.

can i use the 230v BB? and what would be the difference? i want the 290v i've been looking on ebay, but if i cn use the 230v bb for the mean time, should i or should i wait.

The 1" MC are ABS. So you need the ABS 290v booster. You cannot mix and match booster/MC. If you do the push rod is different in there and apply constant pressure so your brakes will be constantly on.

Also are you sure those VW rotors will work? Are you going to use a spacer behind them?

 

thank crx toad. yeah the VW corrabo floating rotor will work without a spacers. there's a thread on here somewhere on this. i had many conversation with a member here name c0nspire that this same front big brake upgrade. here's his front rotor with the 90-93 integra front cailper.



can i used a prelude BB? cause i think it's a 290v.
