I have a 91' civic vt, i'm from the u.k. I bought a used integra type r manifold. I took my old one off and found two 02 sensors!! the teggy one only has a hole for one sensor? What do I do? Can I discard one sensor? One has a green connection while the other a clear one.

 

Your ECU is going to look for the output from two. So you are going to need two.

There are ways around it but you have to ask yourself if it is worth it.

 

i've just read somewhere, you can keep the green 02 sensors and join the wire from the other one and it should run fine? I also have a spoon ecu installed, what if I was to just remove the 02 sensors altogether?

 

Take it to an exhaust shop and get an extra bung welded on....
