just did this swap in a 92 cx. o2 sensor will have to be extended. Do this by cutting the acutual o2 sensor plug and extending it so you don't have to cut your factory harness. Also the fan switch plug will have to be exteneded. The orginal sensor is in the thermostat housing. On the ls it is in the back of the block. you can either extended the factory harness or buy a thermostat housing for a 94-01 integra. I bought a new housing for 11$ from acura. This housing will have the bung for the fan switch sensor. I did this and just left the sensor in the back of the block and took the sensor off my old motor and put it in the thermostat housing. good luck
Easiest method - swap in the B18b motor with the B18b engine harness intact...plug and play. If you don't have the engine harness that came with the LS engine, you can try to find one out of a 92-95 DX/LX/EX/SI Civic. You will only have to extend the O2 sensor wires about 10-12inches because Civics have their O2 sensors located at the upper part of the headers while Integras have them at the downpipe section.
