Default headwork

Im in the process of building my head. I have skunk2 titanium retainers with dual valve springs. I wanted to purchase supertech valves, valve guides and valve keepers. Now my question is will I have any issues with the two parts interchanging. Will the supertech keepers fit the skunk2 retainers? Please shine some light.

double check the angle of the keeper compared to the angle on the retainer. i dont know the specs of either so you are on your own there. i suggest getting the valves and checking the valve movement with the stock guides before you decide to replace them. when you do they will most likely not be concentric with the valve seat anymore. but if you planned on getting a fresh valve job that shouldnt be a problem. you can fix any depth issues with new seats but might require shimming to get the closed pressure right on the springs. its all easier said than done.

I know the supertech keepers require a 7degree rim on the retainer for proper fitment. Anyone know the degree rim on the skunk2 retainer. Worst comes to worst Ill use skunk2 keepers but do they even make those. I haven't seem em
