I just got my girl a 92 cx with a SI swap. it has a 92 d16z6/tranny in it. When I downshift into 2nd the car doesnt slow down and the distance in the pedal where the clutch actually engages is about 3 inches, ive been told to replace the clutch to solve both problems. If it is the clutch what should i go with.

 

go with the 92'(d16z6) tranny just tell them is for 92'civic with 1.6lt vtec basiclly d16z6 came from Si or Ex 92-95 civic.......

 

so just go with oem then ?
