obdo to a obd1 conversion

Default obdo to a obd1 conversion

I have a 91 crx that has been converted to a obd1 does that effect the speedo and the tach and how do I fix it?

no its just that the tach is wrong I think the speedo is cable driven but the tach reads 2000 at idle and the jdm d15 vtec revs fast and way over the tach and I have a chipped ecu
