new header/exhaust
ok guys i needs a new header/exhaust gsr motor built
slam me with ideas and what would make more power
currently i have a 8 year old 4-1 dc header and a 8 year old thermal exhaust
from my old integra on a 94 hatch

Since this topic has never been covered, I will give you some tips.
The Chikara header is the best available.
For an exhaust system you want it to be 2" or smaller, because without back pressure you will lose torque and power.
Finally, you will need the biggest, nastiest sounding muffler to wrap up the whole package and be the envy of H-T.
