Your rims are 14 feet in diameter?
Or did you mean 14" instead of 14'?

On a '97-00 Civic, you can use 195/60-14 or 185/65-14. If you want the stickiest tires you can get on dry pavement, get the Falken Azenis RT-615 in 195/60-14; they offer great performance on dry pavement, but downsides include rapid tire wear (they typically last 10-12K miles) and so-so performance in rain. If you want a longer-lasting tire that does well in rain, get the Yokohama ES100 in 195/60-14.

We knew it was only a matter of time. First, 20" wheels came into fashion, then larger. You can buy 40" wheels fairly easy today, why not some 168s?

They're inexpensive, and they're not very good. I especially don't understand why anyone in California would choose all-seasons, which sacrifice performance for the added flexibility of okay traction in snow and frigid cold.
