ASAP Big Problem

When I try to Start my CRX its a SOHC Vtec I get smoke to come from where the dipstick is what could be the problem???

It could be your PCV (positive crancase ventilation) valve is clogged.
Look at the back of the intake and remove the PCV.

Also it won't idle anymore i know all the valve seals are bad but it should still run and just smoke a lot.
