i have a 92 accord, and i found that a can of carb and choke cleaner helped me find my problem. spray the cleaner all around the back side of the intake manifold, if it idles normal, or idles up and stays for a second, you have found an intake gasket leak.its on the backside of the block where the intake meets the block.
check for vacuum leaks and coolant level...also could be that you may need to clean your iacv or the fitv

whats up man looks like the same prob i had for too long, best thing to do is to replace both of the icv the electronic and coolant valves you can pick up both a honda parts place and shave some bucks it only take about 15 - 20 min to install after u install drive it around for a few min. for it to work properly my would rev up and down i bought but one and it only lasted for a few weeks untill the other gave way to so replace both to shave u some hassel
If its not the fast idle vavle or the iacv I would recommend you check your PCV valve, that sit on the valve cover, a spring might be broken and even when you ficv or iacv are fine it will still have the dramatic jump in idle, plus the pcv is very cheap so it's an easy fix.
