is there a way to tell a vtec dizzy from a nonvtec dizzy

is there a way to tell a vtec dizzy from a nonvtec dizzy
this guy at my school wants to sell a dizzy. he thinks its for an ls but on the box it says 92-95 del sol dohc vtec ,1.7 integra , and 1.8 integra. i thought that was for a gsr/ b16. is there a way to tell the difference. does it matter?

What?? .. Come on
The LEGS, on the dizzy will be different,
you will be unable to bolt the bottom right on if they are used on the wrong head.
