Default Swapping springs between Skunk2 and Ground Control coilover sleeves?

So my brother just bought a GSR with skunk2 coilover sleeves and its definitely too stiff for him, as hes not a performance oriented person, he just wants a go fast car.

So anyways, ill be getting some stiffer spring rates from eibach for my ground control sleeves and i was wondering if my ground control springs would appropriately fit on the skunk2 sleeves, as it would be a better ride for him since they are closer to off the shelf, which i believe is softer than the skunk2 off the shelf rates.

has anyone tried this? i dont feel like getting the car up and finding out it wont work

Both use 2.5" inner diameter linear race springs, so it will work. Ground Control's OTS rates for Integra are roughly 35-40% softer than Skunk2's Integra rates. He will have to raise the car a bit if he is close to or already hitting the bump stops. Don't forget to align the car afterwards.

yeah, ill definitely be aligning the thing. The guy we bought the car off of had the skunk2 coils, riding on stock shocks, and they were riding on the bumpstops. When i testdrove the car i couldnt stop laughing because i thought i was on a wooden rollercoaster or something.

if the guy has the spring rates i want ill just be swapping those onto my car, but we dont know the rates for now, we will be picking up some tokico blues for him
